This multi-unit residential project features nine two-storey townhouses comprising seven 3-bedroom units and two 4-bedroom units. Each apartment features an optimal balance of comfort, style, and functionality tailored for diverse lifestyles and family sizes.
The development's contemporary design is articulated through a sophisticated palette of materials and colours, thoughtfully selected to complement the existing streetscape.
Utilising the sloping topography of Burns Bay Road, the design also creates a dynamic stepping strategy to create a visually engaging street frontage.
Ground-floor living areas also feature open plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces that enjoy direct access to north-facing outdoor spaces.
