The design highlights the strong relationship between indoor and outdoor living environments, with spacious balconies intended to be an extension of the living rooms, providing security and clear definition.
The prominent entrance provides a clear identity for the development while addressing the street front and enhancing the public domain. Rhythm and proportion can be clearly identified in the facade, forming a melodious continuum with its surrounding developments.
