A luxurious, 4-storey multi-residential development designed to balance the need for individual privacy with accessibility to public and common spaces on the site, creating a human scale with the street level. Located outside of the Sydney CBD, the development offers tranquility yet also the convenience of a city life.
Textured render finishes sweep over three storeys, keeping in line with the typical small scale bulk of the Cremorne precinct. With a roof level comprised of lightweight metal, the development is an effortlessly natural yet contemporary addition to its local area.
