Concept Design
MODULAR CHILD CARE FACILITIES
Brewster Murray are collaborating with Marathon Modular, a family-owned industry leading business delivering high-quality custom-designed construction services utilizing modular building methodologies, to develop a number of concept designs for a modular childcare center. Three distinct approaches were delivered in order to accommodate a diverse range of users and customers, while still carefully considering the physical constraints associated with manufacturing, transporting and the delivery of modular building components. Each material has been carefully considered in order to fulfil this criteria, creating three distinctly different designs, each adaptable to any potential site.
