Concept Design
An expansive, 150 room Gold Coast resort, the development reflects the tropical design characteristics of south-east Queensland.
Each building has been designed as a pod, allowing maximum ventilation and solar penetration. Collectively they form a unified, coherent scheme that responds effectively to an environmentally sustainable design.
